Frequently asked questions

How do we get started?

Get in touch to book a call or a studio visit, and we'll take it from there.

What does the bespoke process involve?

It starts with an initial meeting — a call or a studio visit — to talk through your ideas, inspiration and budget, with no pressure to commit. From there, we present initial sketches and renders, then refine the design together until it feels right. If needed, we'll make a prototype or sample, such as a computer model, wax model, 3D print or silver sample, so you can see it to scale before we craft the final piece.

How long does the process take?

Most bespoke projects take around 8–12 weeks from first meeting to finished piece, depending on the complexity of the design, sourcing requirements and revisions along the way. Starting earlier gives us more flexibility with both.

How much does a bespoke piece cost?

Pricing depends on the materials — the quality and size of any stones, and the type and weight of metal you choose. It also covers the full design process, from consultation through to sampling and production, so the price reflects a piece made entirely for you. We're happy to talk through the options and find the right fit for your budget.

Can you work with natural or lab-grown stones?

Yes, we source both, in a range of cuts and sizes, which gives more flexibility across different budgets and preferences. We can talk through the differences so you can decide what's right for you.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before I get in touch?

Not at all — some people arrive with a clear vision, others with just a feeling, and some are starting from scratch. If you've already given it some thought, it helps to know your rough budget, any style details you're drawn to, and material preferences. But none of this is required to get started.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required before we begin crafting the final piece, with the balance due on delivery.
