Processing times

Each piece is made to order. Please allow our standard production time (2-3 weeks) to craft your item before it ships — if you need a piece by a specific date, contact us at info@mayaandmason.com before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping rates and delivery

All orders ship with tracking, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ireland (Domestic) — Free

United Kingdom — €20.00, 3–5 business days

European Union — Temporarily paused. Due to new EU import regulations, we've paused shipping to the EU while we review compliance requirements. Shipping to all other regions continues as normal. Please check back soon or contact us at info@mayaandmason.com for updates.

United States — €25.00, 3–5 business days

Canada — €27.00, 3–5 business days

Australia — €30.00, 5–8 business days

If your country is not listed above, please reach out to us, and we can try to accommodate. 

International orders 

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applicable in the destination country. These charges, imposed by customs authorities, are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees or restrictions. 

Lost or damaged items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at info@mayaandmason.com as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged during transit.
